Do I need to book an appointment to visit the showroom?

If you are wanting a quick browse, no need to make an appointment. 

If you need assistance or a bit extra time, an appointment is preferred so that you can experience our 5-star customer service and have access to our colour consultants.

Can I order custom sizes or colours?

Yes we can, most of our ranges have many options. Please contact us to see what is available.

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Yes!  We understand that you may need to see the item in place to confirm if its right for you.  Sample fees may apply on some items

Do you offer installation services?

Yes we do.  Our trusted partners at Sammut Tiling Innovations are on hand for all your installation needs.

Can you renovate my entire bathroom?

Yes we can. We organise every element of your renovation, from concept to completion.  This includes tiling, painting, plumbing and electrical.

Do you only renovate bathrooms?

Although we specialise in bathrooms, we also renovate main floors (tiles and hybrid flooring), laundries, kitchen splash backs, outdoors and pool areas. 
We can handle all your wall and floor tiling needs.

Can you arrange an installer for outdoors?

Yes we can, please just contact us with what you need done.

Can we pick up to save on delivery?

Absolutely.  Our warehouse is based in St Marys, NSW.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Dependant on the item, most items will take around 5 -10 working day. 
If the item is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to get the item to you quicker.

Do you offer a discount for bulk ordering?

Of course!  Always contact us and we will give you our best price for the quantity of items you are ordering.
