Sammut Collective – Shipping Terms

We aim to deliver your bathroom products, tiles, flooring, and tapware promptly and securely. These Shipping Terms outline how we handle deliveries.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship our products Australia-wide excluding tiles, stone and flooring subject to further discussions with Sammut Collective.  For international orders, please contact us directly to confirm availability and shipping costs.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and product availability:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days
  • Custom or special-order items may take longer

We will notify you of any delays or backorders.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Large or heavy items may require assistance or special delivery arrangements.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you need to make any adjustments.
